Refund Policy
BecomeMarketer is a digital product. Once you sign in, the files are delivered and cannot be returned — so the refund window is tied to whether you have opened your library, not to how much of it you read.

- ✓You email us from the address you ordered with
- ✓You were charged twice, or charged in error
- ✓We could not give you access at all

- ✕More than 14 days have passed
- ✕You already signed in and opened the library
- ✕You downloaded or copied the template files
- ✕The account has been shared or the files redistributed
01The rule, in one paragraph
If you have not signed in to your account, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Once you sign in, the digital content is delivered — the lessons, the ideas sheet and every template file become yours — and the refund window closes.

02Why access ends the window
Digital files cannot be handed back. The moment you open the library you have the complete product: 30+ lessons, 100+ product ideas, 10 frameworks and 540+ template files. Returning access does not undo that, which is why the window is tied to first sign-in rather than to a review period.
At checkout you tick a box confirming you understand this before you pay. Nothing here happens without that explicit agreement.
03How to request one
Send one email. There is no form and no cancellation department.
Write from the address you used to order, and include your order number if you have it. We reply within two working days.
Subject: Refund request — order #[ORDER NUMBER]I bought BecomeMarketer on [DATE] and have not signed in.
Please refund the purchase.04How the money comes back
- Refunds go back through Stripe, to the same card or wallet you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
- The full $47 USD is returned. We do not deduct a fee.
- Stripe releases it immediately; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
- If your bank converted the payment into another currency, the amount you receive can differ slightly because the exchange rate moved. That difference is your bank's, not ours.
- Your account is closed at the same time as the refund.
05Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent and once you have acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so. That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout confirms, and delivery begins when you first sign in.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. If your local law gives you more, your local law wins.
06Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email us first — a refund takes one message and is faster than a chargeback. Opening a dispute without contacting us means the account is suspended while the bank investigates, which helps nobody.
